We get it - life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, just let us know at least 24 business hours in advance. You can reach us directly via email (hello@yumi-skin.com.au) or Instagram DM (@yumiskin__).

To help you stay on track, we'll send you a friendly SMS reminder 48 hours before your appointment. Please note, if we don't hear from you within the notice period, you will lose your $50 deposit (if paid upon booking) or be charged a $50 fee.
