Vibrational Healing. Skin-Enhancing.

Sonotherapy is a non-invasive skin treatment that uses sound waves with high-frequency vibrations (typically inaudible to the human ear) to penetrate the skin at different depths. These sound waves stimulate the skin and underlying tissues, providing various benefits such as reducing skin inflammation, wound healing, and better absorption of skincare products.

Non-invasive & no downtime

How does Sonotherapy work?

The ultrasound waves penetrate into the skin layers and can reach both the superficial layers of the epidermis and deeper layers of the dermis. This deep penetration is what allows ultrasound to stimulate various biological processes in the skin.
As the ultrasound waves pass through the skin, they generate heat, which can increase blood circulation in the treated area. This thermal effect promotes the healing process by encouraging cell regeneration and stimulating the body’s natural ability to repair itself.

Who is it for?

Sonotherapy is suitable for anyone seeking to address a range of skin concerns, such as:

  • Ageing skin - reduces fine lines and wrinkles by stimulating collagen production
  • Acne and acne scars - reduces inflammation and speeds up healing of scars from recent breakouts
  • Rosacea and redness - effectively diminishes redness and soothes sensitive skin
  • Eczema and psoriasis - helps manage symptoms by repairing skin barrier and reduces inflammation
  • Skin laxity - improves skin firmness and elasticity

How often should I get Sonotherapy?

  • For general skin rejuvenation and maintenance: 1-2 times per week for first month, then every 2-4 weeks for maintenance
  • For acne & inflammatory skin conditions (e.g. roscaea, eczema): 2-3 times per week initially, then once per week as the condition improves
  • For anti-ageing and skin tightening: 1-2 times per week for 4-6 weeks, then once per month for maintenance
  • For wound healing and post-treatment recovery: 1-2 times per week until healing is complete

Since Sonotherapy is non-invasive and has no downtime, frequent sessions are safe and can lead to faster, more noticeable improvements in the skin.
