MTS Microneedling

Rejuvenate. Resurface. Renew.

MTS Microneedling (microneedling with transdermal serum) is an advanced skin treatment designed to rejuvenate the skin by using a device with fine needles to create micro-injuries in the skin's surface. These controlled punctures stimulate the skin's natural healing process, encouraging the production of collagen and elastin, which are key to maintaining youthful, smooth, and firm skin. When combined with specialised serums or active ingredients, MTS microneedling enhances the absorption of these nutrients, optimising the results of the treatment.

How does MTS Micro-needling work?

Thousands of microscopic channels are created by the microneedling pen device which stimulate fibroblast cells in the skin, in turn producing new collagen and elastin.

Over the next few days to weeks, the skin undergoes a natural healing process, gradually improving in texture, tone, and elasticity. The effects of microneedling can continue to improve for several months as collagen remodelling occurs.

Who is it for?

MTS microneedling is versatile and can be customised for various skin types, including darker skin tones, as it is less likely to cause pigmentation issues compared to other treatments like chemical peels or laser therapy.

It is ideal for anyone looking to improve:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Acne scars and other scars
  • Enlarged pores
  • Hyperpigmentation and sun damage
  • Stretch marks
  • Overall skin rejuvenation

It is not recommended for anyone with open wounds, active acne, or severe skin conditions (e.g. eczema, psoriasis, or keloid-prone skin).

How often should I get MTS Microneedling?

  • For anti-ageing and general skin rejuvenation: every 4-6 weeks
  • For acne scars and deeper lines/wrinkles: every 3-4 weeks for 4-6 sessions, then every 2-3 months for maintenance
  • For hyperpigmentation: every 4 weeks for best results

Since collagen production continues for months, results improve over time with consistent treatments!
