Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, without notice.
We will not be held liable for any changes, price adjustments, or service modifications.
Full payment is required at the time of service unless specified otherwise in your Package Plan or Membership Terms and Conditions.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for cancellations or change of mind, except where required by law.
Our "no refund" policy applies to consultations, medical procedures, and dermal treatments.
If the treatments and services have been provided as agreed and with due care by our qualified staff, we do not provide refunds.
Please note that our treatments, services, and packages are non-transferable to others.
Skincare Returns
Refunds or replacements are NOT available for our skincare products purchased due to:
- Change of mind or errors in purchase.
- Variations in colour, texture, or scent that may occur between batches of natural products, or if you are dissatisfied with the product’s appearance or performance.
If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please contact us with details and photographic evidence. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine if a refund is appropriate.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements will be considered under the following conditions:
- The item is faulty (photographic evidence may be required).
- The item was received in error due to our mistake (photographic evidence may be required).
- The item was purchased directly from our online or physical store.
- The item remains in its original condition (not damaged from mishandling or improper care).
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date you received the product. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements for items that do not meet these criteria.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping fee will not be included.
Return Process
